After studying classics at Harvard College (A.B. 2012) and Corpus Christi College, Oxford (M.St. 2013), I came to Princeton in 2014 to begin my Ph.D.

I am interested widely in Greek and Latin literature, but particularly in Latin poetry, reception studies (especially relating to modern and contemporary poetry), and the ancient novel. 

In my current research, I am particularly drawn to the environmental humanities and questions of place, environment, and ecology in the texts I work on.
