Bio
I am currently a doctoral candidate on the Literature and Philology track. I have a wide-ranging interest in ancient Greek literature and thought, including archaic lyric poetry, epic, drama, and ancient medicine. I am also interested in the engagement with these texts by contemporary theorists and critics. My dissertation looks at chorality and lyric thought in Greek tragedy, and considers how readings of the dramatic texts that focus on the chorus and its lyric aesthetics might interact with the plays' philosophical receptions. Before starting at Princeton, I completed a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Classics Postbaccalaureate at Columbia University.
