Alicia Ejsmond-Frey *19

I grew up in London and completed my BA in Classics at Oxford before coming to Princeton in 2014 and joining the Program in the Ancient World. I am spending my fourth year in Oxford on a Hyde Fellowship as I begin my dissertation on the political experience of Athens' allies in Asia Minor during the Peloponnesian War. Broadly, my research interests lie in ancient Greek epigraphy and historiography.

Teaching is a passion of mine and I have enjoyed being a Teaching Assistant for both language and literature courses at Princeton, as well as taking part in the Prison Tutoring Initiative. I have also taught Greek language at Bryanston summer school in England. In my free time, I am generally to be found singing and I am a proud alumna of Princeton Glee Club.
